Submit Your Request
Begin by completing the AnnieGuard Patient Intake Form. This helps our clinical team understand your case and determine whether a Biology-First Intelligence analysis is appropriate.
Case Review & Eligibility (within 24 hours)
Our scientific team reviews your intake submission to confirm eligibility. If approved, you’ll receive next steps and secure access instructions. If not approved, we’ll explain why and guide you toward alternative resources.
Submit Payment
Once approved, you’ll receive a secure invoice for the flat patient rate of $6,500. Financial assistance is available — complete the Financial Assistance Form if needed.
Upload Your Medical Records
After payment is received, you’ll receive a private, secure upload link for your clinical files. We work entirely with what you already have (genomics, pathology, imaging reports, physician notes).
No new testing is required.
24–72 Hour Analysis
Once your records are uploaded, our team begins your Biology-First Intelligence analysis. We examine genomic, mechanistic, and clinical patterns to identify the biological drivers shaping your disease.
Your Results
Upon completion, you’ll receive a comprehensive results packet including a clinical intelligence summary, full biology-first report, therapeutic pathway mapping, and a patient-friendly interpretation. You may share these findings with your care team at any time.
